These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to text (SMS) messages sent by Henna By Maryam ("we," "us," "our"). By providing your mobile phone number to us, you agree to receive text messages as described below.

Program description

Henna By Maryam sends text messages to clients for appointment-related communication and to deliver a copy of your signed client waiver. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, your signed waiver, and replies to your questions.

How you opt in

We send SMS messages only to clients who have provided their mobile number to us — for example, when booking an appointment or when signing our client waiver and choosing to receive a copy by text. Providing your number and agreeing to these Terms is your consent to receive the messages described above. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you book, confirm, or reschedule an appointment, or request a copy of your waiver).

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt back in. You may opt back in at any time by texting START or by contacting us.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.
